Orders Process
1. Choose your products
From Products list menu, choose the product you are looking for. Complete the fields such as quantity,size,etc.
2. Place your order
Fill in the order form and your details, attached your artwork and subment your order.
3. Processing
We will be notified of your order and we will check any files you have uploaded. If we have any questions, problems or need to discuss artwork that you require us to complete for you, we will be in touch promptly to discuss the order further. Once we have everything we need, we create a job sheet that goes to our artwork team. At this stage we will email you the final official order confirmation form with the tax invoice with payment options.
4. Payment
Once we receive your payment, the job will be sent to production.
5. Completion
Once your order is complete, we will dispatch (or notify you that it is ready to collect) your order with our courier and you will be sent an email confirmation.
